Winter Nuclear and Particle Physics Conference (WNPPC)
The 2007 Winter Nuclear and Particle Physics Conference will be held at the Banff Center Feb.16-18, 2007.
The Winter Nuclear and Particle Physics Conference reflects the evolution
of the Western Regional Nuclear Physics Conference, which changed its name
in 2005 in recognition of the national character of the meeting.
The theme of this year's WNPPC is "Subatomic Theory and Experiment:
Connections across Canada".
Traditionally, the conference has provided many graduate students with an opportunity to present their work and to hear about Canadian research programs at other Canadian institutions and contributed papers are being solicited.
Typically, the conference begins on a Friday evening, runs Saturday morning and evening,and ends at noon on the Sunday.
