Notice the list of upcoming events posted on the right, under the Events calendar. Click on any of these and then on the 'Calendar' link under it to view its details.

When posting a new Event please remember to select its Visibility (should be public almost always) and its 'Event Type' (working group meeting, workshop, conference, etc.).

Make sure that the "Promote to front page" checkbox at the bottom is left unchecked except for urgent notices.
