12 GeV Groundbreaking Ceremony attended at Jefferson Lab by UofR Researchers

UofR Physicists Zisis Papandreou and George Lolos (third and fifth from left in the photo below) were invited to attend the 12 GeV ground breaking ceremony at Jefferson Lab, on April 14, 2009, in recognition to their contributions to this project.
